Please do not try to return items without a valid RMA (Return Number) as we cannot accept items that have not been authorized for return and such items will be refused.
Please remember that before returning any items to InfotechShop.co.uk, you must first obtain a valid Return Number. You can do this by logging into your account and selecting the product you purchased a clicking return item and complete the return with details. When we provide you with your unique RMA, we will also provide you with details of how to return the items.
All returned items must be in the original packaging and be complete with all manuals, drivers, cables and other items that originally came with the item, unless we tell you otherwise.
We may advise you to contact the manufacturer directly, as some manufacturers have their own specific returns procedures in place, including next day on-site replacements.
Because we test every item returned as faulty, we strongly advise that you check the item and the instructions thoroughly before returning it, as items found not to be faulty will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Should you require a replacement, this will be shipped after the returned items have been processed. Should you need a replacement sooner, you can place and pay for another item, and we will credit your account when the returned item has been processed.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, most items can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:
You must notify us of your wish to cancel your order and return the item or items within seven days of receiving them.
You must notify us in writing by post, fax or email. We cannot accept telephone cancellations.
You provide us with your contact details
You obtain a valid Return Number - RMA
All items must be in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. The packaging must not have been damaged or altered by the customer.
All items must be unused and unopened with all seals/shrink wrap intact.
The items were not specifically ordered for the customer, or altered or customized to the customer's specification.
You pay the cost of returning the goods
You return the items within 14 days of being issued the RMA.
All other unwanted items if returnable, might be subject to a restock fee payable by the customer.
We will not refund the carriage charges for unwanted items.
We strongly recommend that you insure any items you return to us and also that you use a carrier which can provide a "Proof of Delivery", as you are liable for any returned items until they reach us. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers.
All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, normally within 1-2 days of receiving the returned items.
